- Designed three Azure core platforms: a data and analytics platform ready for AI, a Kubernetes (AKS) platform and an integration platform.
- Lead architect for the full move from own datacenters to Azure with a cloud service provider, including a new virtual workplace, a network for 200+ often temporary sites, and identity governance with automated provisioning.
- Designed the AI platform behind chatbots, computer vision, 3D design validation and tender risk assessment, with API gateways, policy enforcement and monitoring.
- Led the architecture team (product owner, 3 domain and 5–6 solution architects) and set up guardrails for secure development and citizen development, plus a new IT governance board, CCoE and architecture board.
